Agrarian Kitchen, Tasmania
Come spend the day exploring The Agrarian Kitchen's gardens and cook with one of Australia’s top chefs and cookbook authors, Christine Manfield. Chris will merge her characteristic urban cooking style with the rusticity of the vegetables, fruit and herbs foraged from our garden. After harvesting is complete, guests will return to the kitchen where they will cook a feast with Chris before enjoying lunch together.
Class sizes will be intimate with only 9 guests in each class.

Christine was engaged as the international chef to showcase the intense flavours and spicy characteristics of two new Grand Cru espresso coffees launched globally in Seville (Spain) September 2013, an ideal opportunity to reveal her expertise with flavor profiling and matching. 2013 Dark Mofo Festival Hobart
MONA, Hobart’s Museum of Old and New Art celebrated the pagan rites of the winter solstice with a festival of events that includes art, a winter feast, music, dancing and fire. Christine was one of the visiting guest chefs showcased at the winter feast.
