Tasting India Book Dinners. Various. Nov - Dec 2018

Christine will host a series of dinners recreating the gastronomic odyssey of her book Tasting India.

The 2018 second edition features 30 new recipes, three new chapters on the Punjab, Gujarat and Hyderabad, plus her insider tips on where to sleep and eat throughout India.

In line with the book’s November release, Christine will take over some of the country’s top restaurants throughout the month, and immerse her audience in colour, flavours and spice, creating dishes from heirloom recipes she’s collected during her travels to India.
