Tuesday 18th June Dinner: Classic Moroccan with the recipes of Paula Wolfert. 6.30pm at Sean’s Panaroma, 270 Campbell Pde, Bondi.

Christine Manfield and Julie Gibbs join forces for one final season of pop-up dinner parties paying tribute to their favourite food heroes. Each menu is made up of classic recipes (which are then given a Manfield twist!) from the cookbooks of each writer. We will talk briefly about the menu and the way these writers have influenced the way we cook today.
