Moree on a Plate. Moree Secondary College.

Moree on a Plate is one of regional Australia’s signature food and wine festivals, celebrating the diversity of produce and talents from across North West NSW, and beyond.

This contemporary festival features over 50 food producers showcasing their fare, plus a full day of entertainment the whole family can enjoy, including a dedicated Kids Korner, live entertainment and – the centrepiece of the festival – live cooking demonstrations with Celebrity Chef, Christine Manfield.

Moree on a Plate will be held Saturday May 13, 2023 from 10am to 4pm at The Moree Secondary College. Gold coin entry.

Cooking Demonstration times

Class 1 – 10.30 to 11.15am – Dry aged beef sirloin and beetroot pachadi
Class 2 – 1.30 to 2.15pm – Miso pork cutlets, sweet corn and chilli orange butter
Class 3 – 3pm to 3.45pm – Cumin rice, pecan and chickpea pilaf
