An indulgent Italian Food & Walking Safari visiting Puglia in Southern Italy and the Dolomite Mountains in the northern region near the Austrian border.
The 2018 trip through Puglia and the Dolomites was the ideal opportunity for food lovers and keen cooks to immerse themselves in the region’s rich food cultures, exploring local farmers markets, visiting artisanal producers and vineyards and spending a few days preparing food with Christine in the Masseria kitchens.
