Relocating to northern NSW in early 2020 gave Christine the opportunity to connect with the food community of the Tweed Coast region and was ideally positioned to create and host her first two small group food adventures late last year, with guests exploring and tasting the very best the region has to offer. With the growing demand for meaningful regional travel experiences, Christine is collaborating once again with Epicurious Travel to host another tour in August 2022.
The Tweed Valley is nestled amongst world heritage rainforests with dramatic mountain ranges, rich red volcanic soil and lush farmlands stretching toward some of Australia’s most pristine beaches.
On this food adventure Christine will lead you through a range of experiences from a day of cultural immersion on Minyungbal country, visits to diverse local regenerative farmers and producers, a local farmers market and distillery, her favourite restaurants of the region and a fabulous cooking class.
